Dr. Sabrina Carboni, Psy.D., is a trauma-informed Educational Psychologist and mental health clinician with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Her work is grounded in compassion, neuro-affirming care, and a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience. Dr. Carboni specializes in trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, Autism, twice-exceptional (2e) individuals, and individuals impacted by chronic stress, adverse childhood experiences, and life transitions. She works with clients who often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or “stuck,” helping them reconnect with their strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with relational, strengths-based, and nervous-system-informed care. Dr. Carboni believes healing happens in safe, attuned relationships and prioritizes creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Carboni has extensive experience in education, advocacy, and assessment, allowing her to support individuals and families navigating school systems, life stressors, and complex emotional needs. She is especially passionate about serving neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, caregivers, and those who have spent much of their lives prioritizing others over themselves.
