Hi, I’m Tunisia Sabrina London, but you can call me Sabrina! I’m a licensed clinical social worker and founder of TEA of Life Behavioral Therapy. I work with high-achieving women, busy professionals, overwhelmed parents, and adults who appear to have it all together but privately struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, or patterns they can't seem to change. Many of my clients are the dependable ones, the problem-solvers, the overthinkers, and the people everyone turns to for support. Others are navigating life transitions, difficult relationships, or painful past experiences. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as yourself. And since we're being honest, I have a bit of a potty mouth! I value humor, authenticity, and honest conversations. You don't have to worry about saying the "right" thing here. My approach is compassionate, culturally attuned, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I'll meet you where you are, help you understand what's keeping you stuck, and work alongside you to create meaningful change. Therapy isn't about fixing people. It's about understanding yourself, exploring new possibilities, and building a life aligned with your values. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I bring expertise, honesty, and genuine human connection to our work. My goal is simple: to help you see differently so you can live differently. Let's sip TEA.
