Introduction

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. As a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, I offer a space where you can pause, breathe, and feel understood, without judgment or pressure to have it all together. This is a place to slow down, reflect, and begin sorting through what’s been weighing on you, whether it’s stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or patterns that no longer feel helpful. My approach is shaped by my own experiences growing up in a single-parent and blended family, which gave me an early understanding of how complex relationships and emotional safety can be. This background draws me to supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating transitions, communication struggles, and patterns that feel hard to break. I work with couples who feel disconnected or stuck and want to rebuild trust, improve communication, or reconnect. I also support young adults navigating relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, identity, and life transitions. I bring warmth, honesty, and collaboration, walking alongside you as we work toward the life and relationships you want!
