Many of my clients look capable and put-together on the outside, but internally they feel scattered, exhausted, or like they are just one task away from things falling apart. My approach is direct, straightforward and compassionate, and I specialize in trauma and burnout recovery. Together, we’ll focus on moving past surface-level coping to address the deep-seated patterns that keep you stuck. Using EMDR and body-based strategies, we’ll work to resolve the internal friction that prevents you from feeling grounded, centered, and aligned with your values. While my work is primarily trauma-oriented, I am also ADHD-informed, helping you navigate executive dysfunction through the lens of nervous system regulation. My goal is to help you heal the underlying life experiences so you can finally stop fighting against yourself and start living with intention. *I provide telehealth services for individuals across New York and New Jersey, with some in-person sessions at my NYC office. I am also accepting inquiries for clinical supervision and professional consulting for Spring 2026.
