I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing at MetroNP in New York, with a Master of Science in Nursing from NYU. My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and holistic. I don't believe in treating a diagnosis in isolation. I want to understand the whole person: their history, their relationships, the context they're moving through, and how mind and body communicate with each other. I bring a trauma-informed lens to that work, and I see patients as partners in their own care rather than directing it from the outside. I bring genuine empathy and compassion to every session, along with a good sense of humor. I think people do their best work, in therapy and in life, when they feel safe, seen, and not just like a set of symptoms to manage. My goal is to build that kind of relationship with every patient I work with: one grounded in trust, curiosity, and real partnership.
