Building a healthy relationship with ourselves can be incredibly difficult, yet is probably the most important relationship we will build throughout our lives and this is the relationship I am so passionate about helping you heal. If you struggle with self esteem, your relationship with food, anxiety, chronic pain, or childhood trauma, I would be honored to help you navigate these difficult and complex issues. I treat these issues by focusing on each client's unique strengths to foster a deep sense of inner healing. I practice through a trauma-informed lens and deeply value creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship that allows each client to cultivate a sense of safety and authentic self compassion. I use an integrative approach, pulling from somatic practices, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness, while also drawing on my own recovery experience to provide a genuine understanding and deep empathetic connection with each of my clients.
