The complexities of our lives often pull us into spaces that feel unrecognizable. When we are navigating profound changes, heavy losses, or persistent anxiety, it is easy to feel adrift. I created Open & Anchored Therapy to support others settle back into a space in which they reconnect to their fullest sense of self. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in the Upper Valley along the NH & VT border. I value working with adults who are navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, and depression. Drawing from my background in hospital and palliative/hospice care, I hold deep gratitude and passion for accompanying individuals who may be facing serious illness, as well as the care partners who support them. I proudly hold space for the LGBTQIA+ community and those are experiencing a felt sense of loneliness or feeling stuck or stagnant in their lives. Healing happens in connection, and I would be honored to meet you there
