Hi, I’m Sahar. I work with families, adults, and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. You may find yourself feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from yourself and others. Some of my clients also face the unique challenges of cultural transition, intergenerational conflict, or struggles with identity. You may be seeking relief from emotional pain, a sense of stability, and the confidence to move through life with more ease. My goal is to help you not just survive, but to heal, grow, and create a life that feels meaningful and authentic. In our work together, I’ll help you uncover the roots of your struggles and develop skills for lasting change. Drawing from client-centered, DBT, and other trauma-informed approaches, I support clients in building emotional resilience, distress tolerance, and stronger, healthier relationships. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and supporting first- and second-generation immigrants. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do this alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story, connect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want—one step at a time.
