Introduction

I am a therapist who enjoys supporting teens, young adults, and women through anxiety, life transitions, postpartum challenges and identity shifts. I meet you where you are- with compassion and curiosity to help you reconnect with your authentic self. I offer a culturally responsive and safe space for BIPOC clients navigating multiple identities. In addition to talk therapy, I provide walk-and-talk eco-therapy sessions for those who feel more grounded in nature. My approach to therapy is integrative, holistic and grounded in our relationship. It’s incredibly important to me that you feel safe and supported. This is your space! We’ll go at your pace, addressing the issues you choose. I invite you to reach out and take that first step. I am here to walk alongside you.
