Many of us carry stories or patterns that once helped us cope but now get in the way of living fully. You may be navigating grief, trauma, addiction, or longing for clarity and steadier ways of being. I specialize in supporting clients through these challenges with compassion and evidence-based care alongside my therapy dog, Gloria. She is available for in-person sessions, where she brings her calm and grounded presence to the space. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors, and I am especially comfortable supporting those with complex trauma, substance use, and co-occurring challenges. My focus is on helping clients build coping skills, uncover strengths, and reconnect with values that support lasting change. My style is warm and collaborative, but I am not a blank slate. I bring humor and thoughtful challenge to sessions, helping you confront what's hard while staying grounded and supported. Clients often say they appreciate that I'm present, real, and willing to be both compassionate and direct. I became a therapist because I experienced how profoundly healing it can be to be met with trust, safety, and presence in your hardest moments. I’m driven by deep gratitude for the help I received and by the honor of now being invited into others’ inner worlds as they reflect, grow, and find steadier ground.
