I am an EMDR-trained Licensed Addiction Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, holding a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University (2025) and a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Studies with an emphasis in Business from Colorado Mountain College - Steamboat Springs (2016). I am also a National Certified Counselor and Certified Animal-Assisted Intervention Specialist. My husky mix, Gloria, and I are a volunteer therapy team, registered nationally with Pet Partners. She is available to work with us for in-person sessions as well! My approach is client-centered and rooted in compassion and your strengths. I integrate evidence-based practices including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing. My passion is creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and heard and can explore their pain and patterns. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients on their path toward growth and self-understanding.
