Introduction

My name is Sally Aubin, I'm a licensed clinical social worker, licensed in the states of Massachusetts and Connecticut. I accept some insurance and I have a sliding scale for out of pocket clients. I'm trained in assessing & treating trauma/PTSD/CPTSD. I utilize a combination of modalities in trauma treatment, including: supporting clients in learning to regulate their nervous system, utilize somatic grounding and breath work for continued regulation, identify and process experiences that seeded beliefs and behaviors that have now become problematic for you, and help clients develop a sense of their preferred identity and integrate it into their current self. Outside of clinical therapy, I also offer Shadow Alchemy appointments. Shadow Alchemy is a method used to release subconscious barriers, and help you to integrate your ideal self into your subconscious mind. Additionally I offer spiritual growth consults, and intuitive coaching services. If you'd like more information on any of my clinical or non-clinical offerings, please request a free consultation, and I'm happy to support you in exploring what options are right for you!
