Introduction

You are not alone. By providing a safe place to share and listening with an open mind, I want to help you to feel supported and understood. I endeavor to foster your ability to be your true, authentic self when we are together. Through thoughtful conversation, we can discover your path to healing and tap into inner resources for growth and fulfillment. Your goals will be my goals and together we will achieve them. I focus in the areas of depression, anxiety, improving relationships, as well as healing trauma, with teens and adults from all backgrounds. My therapeutic approach integrates a strengths-based, person-centered approach with EMDR. I am accepting new clients and would like to help you on your counseling journey to create lasting, meaningful change.
