Hi, welcome to SALT Therapy! We are licensed in Florida with over 24 years working with individuals, couples, and families. Do you feel overwhelmed and need some help figuring things out? Our therapists enjoy working with people of all ages and unique situations and challenges. We believe that we all have the potential to achieve the best versions of ourselves and we just need some support along the way. No matter what brings you to therapy our goal is to help you develop practical, realistic, and effective strategies for more successful living. Our therapists have a vast amount of experience working with those who have experienced trauma, children and adolescents, first responders, and veterans.
