Nature has always shown me profound wisdom, reflecting resilience, adaptability, and the capacity to endure and grow through adversity. This perspective informs how I view people. I believe each of us possesses an innate ability to heal, adapt, and move toward wholeness. My role is to help people connect with that inner knowing and healing. I consider it a deep privilege to walk alongside others as they explore their experiences, cultivate self-awareness, and move toward healing and meaningful change. I strive to bring a human and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, inviting people to show up fully as themselves. Together, we can honor and celebrate your personality, strengths, and individuality while exploring ways to help you live more fully and authentically. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, helping each person develop the internal resources needed to navigate life's challenges. Along with standard therapy tools I am passionate about supporting individuals in psychedelic integration. I believe psychedelic experiences can open people to life-changing insights; however, integration is the way to make lasting change. I received training for psychedelic therapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and I am passionate about helping people navigate psychedelic use safely and effectively. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychedelic integration. I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each individual, creating a collaborative space that supports insight, emotional healing, and lasting transformation. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, OCD, relationship challenges, men’s issues, internet addiction and psychedelic integration.
