Change, even when we want it, can bring feelings of grief and loss, identity confusion and overwhelm. I can help you navigate uncertainty and change so you feel more grounded and less reactive. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, social anxiety, self esteem, body image and gender identity. I am passionate about supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with existential dread and anxiety. I am specifically trained in evidence based modalities including Mind-Body Bridging, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavior Therapy. I have experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and modalities that help you feel more grounded and in control of your responses and behaviors. I strive to create a safe and judgement free environment for you and you can expect me to create a warm, open and affirming tone so we can work collaboratively towards your growth.
