Introduction

I specialize in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy rooted in systemic theory. Drawing from experiential therapy, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems, I work alongside my clients to create enduring and worthwhile change. Individual Therapy Knowledge of self can be powerful and transformative. Together, we'll hold up a mirror by which to see yourself more clearly. We'll make sense of past experiences and explore places where you're feeling stuck. You'll grow as you build a strong and secure relationship with your authentic self. I work with teens and adults of all ages and backgrounds. Couples Therapy Secure intimacy with your partner is a force of comfort and joy. When it's missing, we hurt. Couples therapy focuses on the space in between you to address communication issues, seemingly endless conflicts, betrayals, and life transitions. My work with couples is direct yet supportive. Together, we'll build understanding, connection, and emotional safety with one another. Family Therapy As families grow, age, blend, separate, move, and all the rest there are always opportunities for disconnect, conflict, and struggle. Family therapy is a space for repairing your connections and navigating life's challenges both inside and outside of the family. I am currently accepting new clients both virtually (9am to 7pm, Monday through Friday) and in-person (11am to 7pm, Monday through Friday).
