Introduction

I’m a trauma-focused, attachment-based therapist in Los Angeles offering in-person therapy and virtual sessions throughout California. I specialize in trauma therapy, relational therapy, and long-term therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and patterns rooted in early attachment experiences. My work is depth-oriented and relational. Rather than focusing solely on short-term symptom relief, I help clients understand how past experiences continue to shape present-day relationships, emotional responses, and sense of self. Together, we work toward lasting change through consistent, thoughtful engagement. I intentionally practice long-term therapy because meaningful shifts in attachment patterns and relational dynamics take time. I show up actively and with care, and I value working with clients who are open to self-reflection and sustained growth. All therapy in my practice begins with a consultation call so we can assess fit and clarify expectations before beginning ongoing sessions. If it feels aligned, we’ll move forward intentionally. If not, I’m happy to provide referrals. If you’re seeking trauma-informed therapy in Los Angeles or virtual therapy in California and are interested in relational, long-term work, I’d be glad to connect.
