The relationship between client and therapist is essential for meaningful work to take place. My intention is to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and find support while also being gently challenged toward meaningful change. Therapy with me is active, relational, and collaborative. We will balance both insight and action so the work feels grounded both in and out of the therapy room. My role is to support the process while you remain central in shaping the direction of our work. I work with adults, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and self-worth concerns. Many come in stuck in patterns of overthinking, over-responsibility, or doubting their own needs, even when they can name what they want to change. These patterns often show up in dynamics with those around you as roles evolve. My approach is integrative and relational, focusing on how past experiences shape present patterns while also staying grounded in what is happening now. I’m EMDR trained and IFS-informed, and tailor therapy to each client. If this sounds aligned with what you are looking for, I'd be happy to connect.
