My counseling life began while working at Buddhist retreats, where I saw how mindfulness, presence, and relational exploration can help transform emotional struggles into sources of growth. I ground my work in curiosity, the imaginal, and a psychodynamic approach, exploring the limitations of the past while opening up the possibilities of the future. I am currently training in Modern Psychoanalysis, a therapeutic approach focused on creating a supportive, reflective space where meaningful change can emerge. Through our work, I invite you to observe your patterns of relating with compassion and to rework or deepen them so they better align with your values, goals, and the natural flow of your life.
