Healing happens when we begin to understand the stories we've carried about ourselves for years. My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity, authenticity, and the belief that our earliest relationships often shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world today. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life, whether that's anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship struggles, family conflict, or the lasting impact of trauma. I work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, with particular experience supporting BIPOC clients, individuals navigating cultural or religious identity, attachment wounds, intergenerational trauma, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and honest—I won't just sit and nod. I'll challenge you with compassion, help you make meaningful connections, and create a space where every part of your story is welcome. My hope is that therapy becomes more than a place to vent. I want it to be a place where you gain insight, build confidence in who you are, strengthen your relationships, and leave feeling more connected to yourself than when you walked in. You don't have to earn your place with me, you just have to show up.
