Laughter and levity. Not necessarily something you might relate to therapy. It is my belief while therapy is meant to be challenging it can also be fun. I aim to offer a therapy space that is person-centered, warm, collaborative, and real. Where you can be serious without always feeling solemn, and growth doesn’t require losing your sense of humor. I work with people navigating various seasons of life who are thoughtful, overwhelmed, self-aware, and still somehow stuck. Many of my clients are juggling anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, or a nagging sense that they “should be doing better by now.” In our work together, drawing on a vast range of modalities, we’ll look at patterns that aren’t serving you anymore, build practical tools you can actually use, and make space for compassion where self-criticism has been running the show.
