Welcome - I’m Sam Bradshaw, LMHC, the solo therapist & founder of Holding Space Counseling. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, supportive, and collaborative space where you can be your authentic self. My practice focuses on helping teens and adults manage a variety of presenting concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. I take a person centered, strength-based & trauma-informed approach, blended with evidence-based practices. This allows me to start from where you are and work together with you to help you express and process what you are going through, while providing you with the tools needed to manage what comes up along the way. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, & genuine – a space with trust and openness to guide you towards meaningful progress in your own time. When I’m not in session, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and going for walks with my dog Scout.
