I've spent my career working with teenagers and young adults as they navigate some of life's most challenging moments—whether that's managing anxiety and depression, processing trauma, or finding their footing through family conflict and grief. I work with both individual teens and entire families, because I've learned that real change often happens when we address what's happening at home, at school, and within peer relationships. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused work, experiential therapy, and motivational interviewing, tailored to meet each person where they are. I'm particularly committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ youth and helping families navigate blended family dynamics, substance use concerns, and behavioral challenges with compassion rather than judgment. I offer in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're looking for someone who understands the complexity of adolescence and can help your teen build real coping skills, I'd welcome the chance to work with you.
