My work focuses on helping clients develop coping skills to manage anxiety, depression and trauma. We will target ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that no longer serve you and replace them with meaningful tools to help you on your journey to a healthy life. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goal. I’m passionate about creating resources for young and more seasoned adults struggling with mental health issues, and am interested in participating in trainings, workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts.
