I'm a Licensed Professional Music Therapist and Counselor Trainee pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on trauma. My work across medical, mental health, and community settings has shaped a deeply compassionate, relationship-centered approach to healing. My experience in pediatric hospice and palliative care has deepened my commitment to walking alongside people through life's most tender moments. I specialize in supporting individuals and families - from toddlers through elders - navigating trauma, grief, chronic illness, neurodevelopmental differences, life transitions, and burnout. I believe authentic connection is where healing begins, and I meet each person with curiosity, respect, and a genuine interest in their strengths. I draw on person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approaches. When it feels right, I incorporate music-based experiences to support emotional expression, regulation, and growth. I work in-person and accept Medicare and Medicaid.
