I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a deep commitment to meeting people where they are—whether that's through traditional talk therapy, play therapy, art therapy, or other creative approaches. I graduated from Ohio State University with my MSW in 2020 and have spent my career in hospice, following a family legacy of social work and end-of-life care. I work with children through adults, and I'm especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals. As someone neurodivergent myself, I believe our differences are strengths, and I help clients discover their unique gifts. I also specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, with particular experience supporting domestic violence survivors and those navigating life transitions, caregiver burnout, and acceptance. I'm currently accepting new clients for both individual and group sessions, available in-person and via telehealth, and I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Banner Aetna, and TRICARE West.
