I take a collaborative approach, with particular interests in supporting women and children, as well as those navigating relationship and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel empowered, build insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. I pay close attention to the relational space between therapist and client, including how power dynamics can show up and shape the therapy process. I aim to create a more balanced, human exchange, where clients feel actively engaged in their own process rather than positioned as passive recipients of care. My therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, using a systems lens, to help clients understand the broader relational contexts that influence their experiences. I have additional specialization in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). At the core of my work is the belief that people already have an innate capacity for insight, change, and resilience. Therapy is a space to strengthen that capacity, deepen self-understanding, and translate awareness into meaningful shifts in daily life.
