Introduction

Hi, I’m Samantha Schubach, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Illinois and the founder of Schubach Counseling, Consulting & Training PLLC. With over a decade and a half of experience in community mental health, trauma-focused therapy, program leadership, and clinical supervision, I created this practice to be a space where authenticity, compassion, and real change can happen—both in therapy and in the broader systems we work and live within. I’ve always believed that healing and growth are possible, even in the most challenging circumstances. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational approach that honors the unique experiences and strengths each person brings to therapy. I support adolescents, adults, and professionals navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, identity exploration, and life transitions. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth, blending practical strategies with deep emotional work to help you feel more empowered, regulated, and connected.
