Introduction

Hi, I'm Samantha, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My areas of interest and focus are Women's Health and Wellness, including support for Perimenopause and Menopause Transition, Women with Late Diagnosed ADD/ADHD, College Mental Health, Career Counseling, Burnout and Medical Professional Stress. I treat clients 18yrs and up and do individual therapy. I do not provide marital or family counseling at this time. I use Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, IFS, Healthy Relationship Principles and include elements of Nature and Equine Therapy in my practice for those interested. I LISTEN. I beleive that all women (and all people), deserve a voice. I strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere to hear the issues in your life you may be facing. The work I do is deep and meaningful with those ready for the journey. WE TAKE ACTION. We have accountability, take responsibility for our choices, actions and behaviors, and transform our lives by working to improve the negative beliefs and unhelpful relational patterns we've adopted. We also have fun and share a fair bit of humor and playfulness here because to change old patterns we need to learn to laugh and love who we are and were meant to be again, including the younger parts of ourselves that didn't forget how to dream and live life fully. WE TRANSFORM. Let's spend some time reconnecing with those parts of yourself, those dreams you put on the backburner to be a wife, mother, have a career or to burnout and "living the dream" that's turned into a never ending rat race. Let's address those issues holding you back or keeping you feeling stuck, unseen or unheard. You work hard and show up for those in your life on a daily basis. Isn't it time you showed up for yourself? Let's step into a richer, more aligned and more meaningful life together!
