Welcome, I'm glad you’re here. My name is Samantha Urioste and my journey into therapy began with a deep desire to help others find healing, balance, and connection. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addictive tendences, maladaptive behaviors, life adjustments, and more.
