Introduction

I believe each of us already holds the wisdom we need to heal and grow. Sometimes life, trauma, and the expectations placed upon us can disconnect us from that inner knowing. My role isn't to tell you who to be—it's to help you reconnect with yourself. I approach therapy through a collaborative, person-centered lens where curiosity, authenticity, and genuine connection guide our work together. Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, uncover your strengths, and create space for meaningful, lasting change. I integrate Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and psychodynamic principles to help clients process trauma, gain insight into long-standing patterns, and cultivate deeper self-understanding. Whether you're navigating difficult experiences, life transitions, or questions of identity and purpose, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, spiritual exploration, and those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I don't believe healing is about becoming more "normal." It's about discovering what helps you thrive as your most authentic self. My goal is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome and where you don't have to mask, perform, or fit into someone else's expectations. I earned my Master of Social Work from Indiana University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and Michigan with advanced training in Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations when clinically appropriate. Outside of therapy, I value curiosity, presence, and learning to trust myself. I enjoy following wherever the present moment leads—sometimes that means embracing adventure and spontaneity, while other times it means slowing down, seeking quiet, and making space for rest. I believe healing isn't about forcing ourselves to be someone we're not—it's about learning to trust ourselves, honor our needs, and create a life that feels expansive, meaningful, and true to who we are.
