Hi, I'm Samm, and I'm here to support your growth toward a meaningful life. Whether you're a survivor of early abuse, toxic relationships, or feel lost, we collaborate to increase confidence and agency. I use a holistic approach to make a plan toward your therapy goals using traditional, evidence-based therapies and integrating interventions from Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts, and EMDR to treat underlying trauma and stuck points. I welcome LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks and work with individuals, couples, and teens. I have EMDR training to treat trauma and a background in the arts working with sexual abuse survivors, veterans, unhoused folks, and the effects of incarceration on families and individuals. I have certificates in Mindfulness, Non-Violent Parenting Strategies, Trauma Focused CBT, and Suicide Prevention with a focus on neglect, dissociation and ecotherapy. When we first meet, I want to understand what brings you here. We'll formulate a plan to relieve immediate discomfort and set long-term goals together. I believe everyone can work through emotional turmoil and move towards a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
