I work with adults who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that have shaped who they are. Many of my clients come to therapy while navigating depression, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, disordered eating, major life transitions, or questions related to identity, meaning, and purpose. My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and collaborative. Drawing from psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral approaches, I help clients explore underlying patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for coping and growth. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and meaningful, lasting change. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, particularly when you have been carrying difficult emotions or experiences on your own. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I would be honored to support you as you heal, gain insight, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.
