As a behavioral health therapist, I specialize in helping young adults, adults, and elders work through anxiety, depression, and trauma. I've found that real healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported—not rushed or judged. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family or marital therapy, tailoring each approach to what works best for you. Whether you're navigating a specific crisis or working through patterns that have held you back, I'm here to walk alongside you.
