Introduction

No wait list for telehealth in Delaware and Pennsylvania. TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (free consult) 1) click on my website link, and select schedule to book directly or 2) Call or email (click the contact icon above and send available times) and we can schedule together. Who I can treat: I provide virtual, telehealth therapy to adults in Delaware and Pennsylvania, offering online counseling that serves people across both states including therapy in Wilmington, Dover, Newark, Middletown, Georgetown, Lewes, and Rehoboth in Delaware, as well as Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Reading, Erie, Wilkes-Barre / Scranton, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Bethlehem, Williamsport, and York in Pennsylvania. My approach: I use a bio-psycho-social-spiritual (whole person) approach to help people who are juggling work, family, and everyone else’s needs while running on empty, feel calmer, more present, and confident again. Together, using evidence-based approaches (like cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, ACT mindfulness and somatic therapy), we slow things down, untangle the overwhelm, and rebuild from the strengths you already have. Whether you're looking for grief counseling or help with anxiety, depression, trauma, or moving through the phases of infertility, pregnancy loss, parenthood, postpartum depression, peri-menopause or menopause, this is a space where you can speak freely, be understood, and get steady, real-life support. Many of my clients manage stressful jobs, are parenting children with special needs, or supporting parents with medical issues - or sometimes all of the above. I specialize in women's issues with a deep understanding of how emotional well-being, identity, and physical health are interconnected. I also have many years of experience with federal employees, Veterans and military families. My approach is trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a belief in your capacity to grow and heal. How can virtual therapy help? If you're contemplating online counseling, you may wonder whether online therapy is really going to be effective or if you should actually be searching for “therapy near Dover, DE (https://www.Dickinson-Counseling.com),” or “therapists in PA,” research has shown that virtual therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for many common mental health conditions. What will happen during our first sessions? During our initial sessions we will explore the issues that matter to you most. We'll work together to create a plan to address them in a way that allows you to feel heard and supported at a pace that you set and always without judgement. How much will it cost? During your initial 15 minute consult we'll discuss prices/co-pays, you can also send an inquiry to my website and I can check this before we meet. I am in network with many insurance companies. If I am out of network for your insurance company I can provide a superbill and offer a sliding fee scale to help make therapy affordable.
