I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience—and someone who’s lived through debilitating panic and agoraphobia. I don’t work with symptoms at the surface. I work where the pattern actually lives: in your nervous system. Panic isn’t just mental. It’s physiological—wired into how your system reacts to fear, discomfort, and uncertainty. My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, trauma-informed work, and body-based methods that help you reset from the inside out. This isn’t about coping better or pushing harder. We’ll build your capacity to stay with uncomfortable sensations, interrupt the reactivity driving your fear, and take meaningful action—even in the presence of anxiety. You won’t just talk through your story. You’ll learn how to shift your response in real time. Clients often find they’re able to do things they thought were off-limits, reclaim a sense of control, and move forward with more clarity and strength. I also offer this work in small group formats for those who benefit from shared experience and structure.
