I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’ve grown up in a family or culture where emotions were minimized, or asking for help wasn’t encouraged. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I work with adults and couples who want to break free from old patterns, heal generational wounds, and feel more connected to themselves and the people they love. Much of my work centers around intergenerational trauma, cultural identity, and relationship patterns that keep us feeling stuck. Together, we’ll uncover how early experiences shape your current struggles—and how you can start creating new, healthier ways of relating. I also help parents apply Positive Discipline parenting techniques to build respectful, empathetic relationships with their children while staying grounded and confident in their role. In my background working with substance use and codependency, I’ve seen how pain, shame, and unmet needs can show up through behaviors that try to protect us—but ultimately hold us back. My goal is to help you understand these patterns with compassion, not judgment, and to create a life that feels more free and aligned with who you truly are. I’m currently completing advanced training and supervision toward AASECT certification in Sex Therapy, where I help clients explore desire differences, sexual shame, intimacy barriers, and evolving identities in a safe, affirming space. I also support clients through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, and work-related stress, using an integrative, culturally sensitive approach. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about understanding your story, reclaiming your power, and finding moments of peace and authenticity in the process. Let’s do that work together.
