Introduction

I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous and valuable step toward caring for yourself. My aim is to provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. Ultimately, I hope to help you lighten the burdens, shame, and fears that trauma may have caused, offering you the opportunity for healing and growth. I have extensive experience counseling those struggling to manage depression, anxiety, and how to navigate life after trauma. I have counseled many individuals on the Autism Spectrum. With me, you can be you, and you can take off the mask. I also am able to provide EMDR therapy.
