Introduction

Welcome! I am Sandrena Hall, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Begin Within Counseling Services, PLLC. I created this practice to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges and taking meaningful steps toward healing and growth. Starting therapy can feel intimidating or overwhelming, but you are not alone. I understand how difficult change can be, and I am here to help you through it. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you gain insight, build resilience, and make lasting, positive changes. I focus on working with adults who are dealing with stressful or traumatic experiences, depression and anxiety, low self-esteem and major life transitions. To make support more accessible, I offer flexible virtual appointments. I also provide a free 20-minute initial consultation so we can explore your needs and determine if we are the right fit to work together.
