Introduction

I have worked with people who struggle with anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, work/life balance, relationships, family issues and more. Currently my focus is working with couples regarding marital issues and individuals with addiction disorders. I am a Certified Discernment Counselor and work with couples who are on the brink of divorce. I also provide traditional couples counseling utilizing the Gottman Method. Additionally, I am a certified Substance Abuse Professional and approved to complete DOT required evaluations. My therapy is CBT based and focuses primarily on identifying, challenging and reframing thoughts and feelings along with learning the skills to change behavior. I can assist you in finding acceptance and to learn let go of negative thoughts and feelings. https://discernmentcounseling.com/lessons/video-about-discernment-counseling-to-add-optional/
