I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should feel supportive, collaborative, and realistic for everyday life. My background in nursing taught me the importance of listening to the whole person, not simply treating a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, difficulty with focus and concentration, insomnia, trauma-related symptoms, OCD, and other mental health challenges. My approach combines thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, education, and supportive therapeutic interventions. I understand that seeking psychiatric care can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve felt rushed, unheard, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, understanding your treatment options, and actively participating in decisions about your care. Together, we’ll develop an individualized treatment plan designed to help you feel more stable, functional, and like yourself again.
