Sara is a counseling student in Northwestern University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Before pursuing counseling, she worked in education, supporting children, teens, and families through both academic and personal challenges. She believes that therapy can be a place for people to feel heard and better understand themselves. Sara enjoys helping clients explore patterns in their lives, make sense of difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful change. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating OCD, chronic illness, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Sara strives to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel understood and supported.
