I work with clients who are experiencing persistent anxiety, rumination, panic symptoms, or perfectionistic self-criticism. I also work with clients experiencing stress related to college, academic pressure, life transitions, or feeling “not enough." I enjoy helping those experiencing difficulty with identity, purpose, or meaning in life or struggles with gender and/or sexual identity, coming out, or navigating relationships and family stress. I also work with clients experiencing grief from change — lost roles, relationships, or identity shifts. I help clients communicate needs, build boundaries, and regulate emotions. Therapy with me is collaborative, strength-based, and tailored to you. We will work together to understand the patterns that keep you stuck, build practical coping skills for anxiety, overwhelm, and self-criticism, explore identity, values, meaning, and purpose and create space for growth, confidence, and emotional regulation. People I work with often experience less anxiety and overthinking, greater confidence and self-understanding, increased clarity around identity and purpose, healthier boundaries and relationships.
