Hello! I'm Sara, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences with compassion and support. Healing happens within authentic, collaborative relationships, and I strive to meet each person exactly where they are. I have interest in working with individuals of all ages who are navigating grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, and topics related to gender and sexuality. I follow a collaborative and integrative approach, drawing from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and existential perspectives, which allows for exploration of patterns in thoughts and behaviors, developing coping strategies, while also making space for deeper reflection about identity, relationships, and purpose. I see therapy as a partnership — one that supports you in developing greater self-understanding, autonomy, and confidence as you navigate life’s complexities. Seeking therapy is a meaningful step. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, grieving, questioning, or simply ready for change, I would be honored to support you.
