Introduction

For over 20 years, I have honed my clinical skills in mental health, treating a variety of conditions as a trained and licensed clinical social worker in Oregon. It is possible to experience relief of unwanted symptoms, healthy relationships, and a life dedicated to living by your values. It is important to incorporate spiritual practice, balanced eating, movement, connecting to nature, and forming community in taking a holistic approach to healing. It is through implementing one tiny healthy habit after another that we are able to decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, let go of fears and self-doubt, expectations placed on us from others, and transform one's life.
