Introduction

As a therapist, my goal is to foster a safe, supportive space for my clients to grow, change, and heal. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey that can lead to meaningful, lasting growth by honoring each person’s story and building on their unique strengths. My approach is flexible and integrative, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered models, and psychodynamic principles.
