Hi, I'm Sara. I help stressed and busy adult declutter and elevate their life by creating habits that build more joy. By addressing the mind and body as a whole to get you the maximum results. I provide my clients with possibilities, encouragement, and acceptance through the lens of a counselor though they'll tell you I speak like a friend. ​I hold a master’s degree in Professional Counseling. I am certified as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner, a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a licensed Massage Therapist with over 18 years of working with elite athletes and mindset. I'm passionate about helping people navigate their own mind & body toward building a happier life of their dreams.
