Introduction

In our work together, I offer a space that is compassionate, steady, and gently challenging, where we explore the challenges and move toward deeper clarity and healing. I approach therapy with the belief that empowerment happens when the whole person is seen, mind, body, and story. Many of the people I work with are carrying heavy responsibilities, navigating complex circumstances, or simply trying to make it through seasons that feel bigger than what one person should have to hold alone. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident in yourself and more grounded in your life. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make choices that align with who you are and what you value. A space to practice advocating and connecting to the life you yearn for. The curiosity I hold for my clients is natural for me and you will find me following it outside of the therapy space as well! Whether that’s exploring the trails, trying a new restaurant, lingering in used book stores, finding a new singer-songwriter to see live, or diving into research that helps support clients more thoughtfully-curiosity fuels me. I recharge through time with my family, walks that help me think, and the occasional deep dive into a comfort show on a rainy day. I’m someone who loves learning, creating resources, and finding the small rituals that make life feel a little more grounded and meaningful. If this sounds like the type of space you have been searching for, I encourage you to book a consultation to chat. I look forward to meeting you!
