Introduction

You may be tired of trying to keep up with expectations that don't fit how your brain works. If you have ADHD, are autistic, or suspect you may be neurodivergent, therapy can help you better understand yourself, reduce shame, and build a life that feels more manageable and more like your own. WHO I WORK WITH I primarily work with neurodivergent adults who: * Are highly sensitive, have ADHD, are autistic, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified. * Were diagnosed later in life and are rethinking past experiences. * Feel burned out from masking or people-pleasing. * Struggle with focus, follow-through, or staying organized * Are navigating trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges. I also work with neurodivergent couples and offer LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink-affirming care. WHAT SESSIONS ARE LIKE Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and paced with your comfort and needs in mind. We may explore patterns, build practical tools for daily life, and process difficult experiences when you feel ready. I incorporate thoughtful structure into our work while remaining responsive to your capacity—so therapy feels supportive without becoming another source of stress. THERAPY SERVICES Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy Support for ADHD, autism, high sensitivity, masking, and burnout. We focus on practical strategies, emotional regulation, and building a life that works with your brain—not against it. Trauma and Complex Trauma A trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based approach to help you process past experiences, feel safer in your body, and rebuild trust in yourself and your relationships. Anxiety, Boundaries, & Self-Trust Support for overthinking, people-pleasing, and chronic self-doubt. Together we work on emotional regulation, boundaries, and developing a stronger, more grounded sense of self. Couples Therapy For neurodivergent and mixed-neurotype couples navigating communication differences, conflict cycles, and connection. Focused on improving understanding, communication, and emotional safety. ABOUT ME I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in neurodivergence, trauma, and relationships. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and somatic interventions. I believe meaningful change happens through both insight and connection, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to grow.
