Introduction

When your relationship feels stuck in the same painful cycle, it can be hard to find your way back to each other without support. You may have the same fight, wishing things could be different but unsure how. Maybe one of you reaches for connection and the other pulls away. Conversations leave you feeling more alone, with love buried beneath hurt, frustration, and distance. I help couples understand the patterns that keep them disconnected and reach the emotions and attachment needs underneath. Together, we work to break painful cycles and rebuild a bond where closeness is possible. I also work with individuals who want to understand how past experiences and attachment wounds shape how they see themselves and relate to others. Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, or a sense of disconnection, therapy can help you make sense of your story and develop a more compassionate connection with yourself. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach that helps us understand what happens beneath the surface of our struggles and create lasting change. Through extensive EFT training and ongoing specialized supervision, I offer warm, thoughtful, deeply relational care. You deserve more than strategies for managing conflict. You deserve to feel seen, understood, and close to the people who matter most, including yourself. If you're ready to understand old patterns and make room for something different, I'd be honored to help.
