I have been a therapist for more than 15 years and in those years have had a broad range of experiences. I began my career working on a mobile mental health crisis team and worked to provide hospital diversion services. I have also worked with other groups providing outpatient therapy on and off during different phases of my career. Prior to joining Trilogy’s group practice, I worked as a grief counselor for children and teens. I have been with Trilogy since 2021 and have been collaborating with St. Francis High School to provide in school therapy since then. I also spend a couple of days per week in Trilogy’s Princeton office location. I love being able to provide therapy services to a variety of ages and stages in life. My passion is working with teens as they transition through HS, but I love seeing younger children in office, as well as adults, as each life have brings a richness and variety to my practice. I am a client centered, collaborative therapist. It is my greatest privilege to walk alongside folks going through something challenging and witnessing their strength and resilience. I have experience in play and other expressive therapy techniques and utilize them as appropriate. Outside of the office, I am married and have 3 elementary school aged children and 1 golden retriever (who may some day make a debut as a therapy dog, but for now is just a joyful companion), and 6 chickens. My family enjoys spending time outdoors at home and in Northern MN.
